Unveiling our 10th Anniversary Kits
From Casual Kickabouts to a Global Family
Ten years ago, our journey began very humbly on a local sports field right here in Krakow. In 2015, our former president, Alex Băcica, organised informal weekly kickabouts to bring together expats and local football enthusiasts. Consequently, what started as a casual gathering quickly grew into a passionate and dedicated community.
Fuelled by a shared love for football, Alex’s unwavering dedication transformed those Sunday matches into an official club. Ultimately, Krakow Dragoons FC entered the Polish football pyramid.
Furthermore, the name Dragoons was chosen as a proud homage to Smok Wawelski, Krakow’s legendary dragon. Simultaneously, it offered a respectful nod to historical dragoon cavalry units.
Over the past decade, Alex has guided the club as President, player, and continuous driving force. As a result, the Dragoons have evolved into Poland’s pioneer international club, uniting players from dozens of nations.
To mark this major milestone, we are proud to reveal our official 10th Anniversary Kit Collection. Produced in collaboration with Power Canvas, this new range celebrates our roots, our community, and our shared history.

The Home Kit: Royal Blue, Hussar Spirit & Global Roots
The new home shirt introduces a richer, darker shade of blue. Naturally, this shade was chosen to complement the elegant gold trim running throughout the outfit.
As a subtle nod to our past, the shirt features a dragon scale pattern on the shoulders. This element serves as a tribute to our previous kit.
Kraków Heritage (Front)
Rendered in a striking gold hue, the front depicts the famed Winged Hussars riding through Stare Miasto (Main Square). This imagery proudly highlights the dragoon cavalry origins behind our name.
Iconic Landmarks (Back)
Meanwhile, the reverse side highlights Krakow’s most celebrated architecture. Specifically, it features the Sukiennice (Cloth Hall), the Barbican, and St. Florian’s Gate.
A Global Squad (Back)
Additionally, a map of the world adorns the back. This map represents the international community that has built the club over the past decade.
Anniversary Crest
Replacing our standard badge for this special occasion, the chest features a standalone golden dragon.
The Away Kit: Elegant Damask & The Dragon of Wawel
Our white away shirt exudes understated elegance.
The main body of the jersey features a delicate damask pattern. Consequently, it provides a refined canvas for the silhouette of Smok Wawelski, the iconic dragon guarding our city.
In contrast to the home kit’s minimalist crest, the away shirt carries our classic club badge. Furthermore, it is rendered entirely in metallic gold to celebrate our ten-year anniversary.
The Goalkeeper Collection: Black Elegance, Chilean Tribute & Democratic Green
Our goalkeepers will be stepping out in three distinct shirts. Notably, all three share the underlying design pattern of the main kit collection:
The Black Edition (Sleek & Commanding)
This stunning dark jersey has already turned heads across the squad. In fact, it might even serve as our third-choice kit for outfield play!
The Red & Blue Edition (A Chilean Ode to Gabi Muñoz)
Designed in vibrant red and blue, this shirt honours Chile and long-serving goalkeeper Gabi Muñoz. Remarkably, Gabi is the only player to have featured in every single season of our history.
The Green Edition (The Goalkeepers’ Choice)
Completing the trilogy is a classic green shirt. In true amateur club spirit, the colour was selected democratically after a goalkeeper vote.

A special kit collection deserves a professional presentation. A huge thank you goes to Pedro Viernes for his incredible skill behind the lens during our launch photoshoot. He captured the details and spirit of these kits perfectly.
Massive credit also goes to our player models, Kuba Drobny, Flavio Nkola, Marcin Obyrtacz and Jan Kołodziejski who stepped off the pitch and in front of the camera, bringing the new threads to life with absolute style.
