As the 2025/26 campaign recently concluded, the Dragoons returned to the lake at Kryspinów for a BBQ. The squad gathered there to reflect on a hard-fought season and celebrate the standout performers of the year. During the ceremony, the club recognised four players for their exceptional impact on the pitch.

Enrico Forabosco 🇮🇹

Player of the Year

The standout performer this season was undoubtedly the evergreen veteran and midfield magician, Enrico Forabosco. The Italian acted as a constant creative force, as he tallied 26 appearances throughout the campaign.

Forabosco was the beating heart of the midfield yet again. He contributed 5 goals and finished the season as the club’s top playmaker with 11 assists. Consequently, he has cemented his legendary status; the Italian now boasts an incredible 112 goal contributions in 135 appearances. Forabosco has won the award four times out of five now, constantly showing his importance to the team.

Roman Bilovol 🇦🇷

Players’ Player of the Year

The squad members themselves chose the recipient of the most prestigious honour, as Argentine defender Roman Bilovol won the Players’ Player of the Year. A rock at the back, Bilovol appeared in all 30 matches this season.

He did not merely provide defensive stability, he chipped in with 4 goals to bring his club total to 7. His teammates overwhelmingly voted for him, which reflects the high regard the dressing room holds for him. Notably, Koki Oe finished as the runner-up, while Enrico Forabosco took third place.

Jan Krzyżanowski 🇵🇱

Most Improved Player

The “Most Improved” award highlights a player who transformed their role significantly. This year, Jan Krzyżanowski earned that recognition.

Jan initially struggled to find game time in his traditional midfield position. However, a tactical shift moved him to right-back. Because he embraced specific man-marking duties, he flourished. Jan’s tenacity allowed him to lock down the right-back spot for the remainder of the season. Overall, he concluded the campaign with 20 appearances and one assist.

Obed Sánchez 🇨🇴

Top Goalscorer

Although an injury shortened his season, Colombian marksman Obed Sánchez proved to be a lethal threat. Throughout a bright debut campaign, Sánchez netted 11 goals and provided two assists in just 16 matches.

Regrettably, an injury ended his season early. Nevertheless, the club expects the striker to return to full fitness soon. We look forward to seeing him lead the line when the new season kicks off.

That’s a wrap!

Congratulations to all of our award winners. Finally, a big thank you goes to everyone who joined us in Kryspinów for this memorable celebration.
