About Kuba
Kuba joined the Dragoons in 2020, coming off the bench at half-time against Universum. Originally a holding midfielder, he scored his first goal in spectacular style against Wawel Kraków: a free-kick from just inside his own half sailed over the keeper and into the net.
Unfortunately, injury struck in the same match, forcing Kuba to take a break from playing. During this period, he focused on coaching, earning his UEFA C licence.
Ahead of the 2022/23 season, Kuba made a comeback at centre-back, featuring in the tough Puchar Polski defeat to Rafis. Since then, he has remained injury-free and become a key member of the squad, often showing great testicular fortitude in putting his body (and balls!) on the line to keep the team in games. In 2023/24, he made more appearances than any other Dragoon, frequently captaining the side.
Off the pitch, Kuba has transitioned into a vital administrative role as Club Secretary and Vice President. He manages pitch hires for matches and training, liaises with other clubs to ensure smooth operations, and constantly deals with the MZPN to help player registrations run smoothly. A true backbone both on and off the field.
